How the calculation works

The final result gives a practical daily target.

- Activity = 30 ÷ 30 × 500 = 500 ml
- Subtotal = 2,450 + 500 = 2,950 ml
- Climate adjustment (hot) = 2,950 × 1.15 = 3,392 ml
- Total = 3,392 ml (about 3.4 litres)
- Glasses (250 ml each) = 3,392 ÷ 250 = about 13–14 glasses per day
